How to use GDash
Here is a quick introduction to GDash – A Better Gumroad Dashboard and its capabilities.
Create free account
On the login screen select the registration option. Then, enter your email and your preferred password, read and accept the privacy policy and eventually create your account.
Initial setup
After your account is created, you need to verify your email address. Check your inbox and click on the link once the email arrives. It should look like this:
You should see the progress in your dashboard.
The next step is to connect GDash with your Gumroad account. Click on Get token and follow the assistant until your connection is established.
The data sync completes within 24 hours. New data is synced daily and you can start using your dashboard.

List products, sales, and users
GDash offers lists of products, sales, and users to work with. All lists come with filter, sort, and export options.
- Opens the filter settings.
- Downloads the list entries as csv.
- Sorts the entries of the list by the clicked column (ascending/descending).
- Lists all entries of your dataset. Double-click to get details of an entry.
- Scrolls the list to the top.

Upgrades

To overcome this, you can purchase storage upgrades. They exist in various sizes so that you can get exactly what you need. All storage upgrades are permanent and a one-time purchase.
Rating
The rating upgrade shows your product ratings and review counts in the product list. Of course, you can sort your products by rating and review count. And you also get filter options on top to search your products more efficiently.
The rating upgrade is a one-time purchase. Once you have activated it, you’ll have it forever.
